That was the smoothest rental experience ever, we walked down the elevator to the baggage claim area and there was ASAP Rent a Van. They were holding a sign with our church group's name "FIRST COMMUNITY CHURCH". They delivered the vans to the airport for us. We did not have to gather all 45 children, load them into a shuttle, and wait an hour in an off-airport office.

ASAP Rent a Van delivered all five 15 passenger vans to the church the night before we had to leave. At 7:45am the next morning, we had 55 children and 8 adults in the vans and on the road to Magic Mountain. Try doing that at a rental office with hours of 8am to 6pm.

Dear ASAP Rent-A-Van

This is a sincere note of commendation on behalf of all associated with our ministry, the Foundation For His Ministry, a 501(c)3 non-profit missionary organization, in Mexico.

Last week we had nine of your rented vans stranded, for nearly a week, at our Mission, in the flooded regions of Baja Mexico. The late surcharge fees, due on each van, were most gernerously waived by your company.

We have approximately between 50-100 workgroups travelling to our Mission each year, many of whom ask for recommendations for the hiring of vans. We will, without hesitation, make ASAP Rent-A-Van our exclusive referral.
